Legacy’s 2025 Year in Review

As we reflect on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude for the relationships, conversations, and shared learning that defined this year. At Legacy Investments & Real Estate, our work is rooted in the belief that informed decisions create stronger outcomes—not just for today, but for generations to come. This year we had the honor of helping our clients secure their financial legacy through passive investments in 28 new DST properties.

Staying true to our core values in 2025, we expanded our educational platform, created meaningful partnerships with industry professionals, deepened our presence in communities across California, and continued to walk alongside clients and partners as trusted advisors focused on long-term strategy and legacy planning.

A Year of Education & Connection

9 Network Tap Webinars Hosted

Our Network Tap Webinar series continues to provide an opportunity for investors to learn about a variety of pertinent real estate, tax, estate planning, and investment topics directly from the trusted industry professionals in our partner network.

We’ve made some of our top webinars available on-demand in our resource library. Check them out here.

DST University Launched

We proudly introduced DST University, a first-of-its-kind program designed to provide deeper, practical education around Delaware Statutory Trusts and how they fit into long-term investment and estate planning strategies. In 2025 we hosted 6 sessions, empowering local real estate professionals with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to serve investors more effectively and responsibly.

Educational Events for Local Senior Communities

We had the privilege of hosting educational events at  communities including Sun City Lincoln Hills and Revel Folsom, helping residents better understand downsizing their real estate, income planning, and legacy considerations.

Continuing Education (CE) Credit Courses

Supporting our professional partners remains a priority. This year, we hosted 4 CE credit courses for tax, finance, and legal professionals, reinforcing our commitment to raising the bar through education.

Expanded Resource Library

This year, we significantly expanded our Resource Library adding new educational content and on-demand webinars covering topics such as:

Industry Involvement & Recognition

Our team continued to hold leadership roles in professional organizations including CalCPA, CCIM, Rotary, Financial Planners Association of Northern California, and the Real Estate Committee at the University Club San Diego.

We’re proud to share that Erica Traulsen was recognized for her "Digital Diligence" by our broker-dealer, Concorde Investment Services and Jamie Furlong received top honors as Concorde’s #4 overall top-producing Registered Representative. Additionally, Jamie was the 2025 recipient of the Rotary Club Of Sacramento’s Jean Runyon Service Award in recognition for her service work in the local community and beyond.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead to 2026, our commitment remains clear. We will continue to deepen our relationships with clients, partners, and the communities we serve, while expanding access to thoughtful education and practical resources. As the real estate and investment landscape evolves, Legacy remains focused on providing clarity, guidance, and strategies designed to support lasting wealth and intentional legacy-building.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and deeply grateful for everyone who was part of our journey this year. Thank you for your ongoing trust and support of Legacy Investments & Real Estate. We look forward to building what comes next, together.
