Network Tap Webinar | Escaping High-Friction Markets: Data-Driven Strategies for Investors

California's real estate market has shifted, and for active investors, high home prices and shrinking rental yields are making the traditional approach harder to justify.

In this installment of Legacy's Network Tap partner webinar series, Mike Gobbi and Joel Wright, co-founders of GobbiWright, join us to introduce a different framework: Structural Investing, a strategy that moves investors away from a self-managed, solo-preneurial mindset and toward a hands-off, out-of-state portfolio approach built for long-term performance.

Key Session Topics:

  • Why California's market has created a crisis of high prices and low rental yields

  • The Structural Investing framework and what it means to transition to a hands-off, out-of-state portfolio strategy

  • How to identify markets in the investing "Sweet Spot," where higher growth potential and reduced risk intersect

  • What a realistic yield analysis looks like and how to set honest return expectations

 Who Should Attend:

California real estate investors who want to stay active but are ready to think beyond their own backyard, and professionals who advise clients navigating these decisions.
